The objective of this inception report is to inform the client of the implementation strategy to be employed in determining the environmental and technical suitability of a proposed new landfill site in Kanye and in identifying potential negative environmental impacts and necessary measures which need to be undertaken to mitigate the identified impacts.
In addition, this report confirms the scope of work, the professional staff involved in project and the work programme to be followed. The information collected to date, and on how this information is to be used, is also described.
